I made an appointment for a tire rotation and maintenance check up. I was told it would be a 45 min to 1 hour wait. They found an item on the recall list so added that as well. I waited for 2 hours and they check up. I was told it would be a 45 min to 1 hour wait. They found an item on the recall list so added that as well. I waited for 2 hours and they told me the recall issue would be requiring longer and I said I would bring it back. I then pay the $20 fee for tire rotation and head to leave. However, when I get in my car to go, it says tire pressure low. I went back in to ask and the service person called the service team. It turns out the tire rotation I paid for didn’t actually happen (nor did they fill up my tires). Two hours wasted and the only thing actually performed was a car wash! More
Met immediately upon arriving by gentleman who entered my info and showed me where i could wait along with snacks and beverages. Asked for help in inputting my info on my screen in my car. Receptionist contacted seller of vehicle and when security was completed on my vehicle he helped me with this task. Was a very productive and professional time at Southwest KIA.
