Southwest Kia: Dallas - Service Center

I have a service agreement with Kia but was told I had to pay for my oil change due to the fact that Kia was bought out. Why should I, the customer, have to pay for something I paid for when I purchased the pay for my oil change due to the fact that Kia was bought out.
