Alex is a great Service Rep. I had called with my Alex is a great Service Rep. I had called with my battery being dead and didn't know what to do. She told me to call the 1-800 number and I could h Alex is a great Service Rep. I had called with my battery being dead and didn't know what to do. She told me to call the 1-800 number and I could have my car towed to the dealership at not cost to me.I didn't realize I had that option. Alex is very knowledgeable and very friendly.
