Great dealership from the top to the bottom Not your typical dealership experience. We dealt with Jerry and he was extremely nice and helpful and not a pushy high pressure guy. He went above and beyond to find the car we wanted and showed us several different options to make sure we were getting what we wanted. At no point did he try to pressure us into buying or getting something we didn't want that was more expensive. The Manager we dealt with was Atif, he made us feel like and treated us like friends he going out of his way to make sure that we enjoyed our experience. We finished up with Ivan in financing, Ivan was also awesome he told us about all the extra stuff that most finance guys pressure you into buying. Ivan told us about them but was not pushy about it, we ultimately bought the extra coverage because we decided that it was a good deal not because he made us think we had to. I have bought over 15 cars from many different dealerships but this was by far the best experience I have had. Thank you Southwest Kia I will be back next time I need a vehicle. More

More Than You Expected I took my Forte to have its service done and while waiting I went to the show room to just look around and met a man name Jeff. He asked me if I was I took my Forte to have its service done and while waiting I went to the show room to just look around and met a man name Jeff. He asked me if I was interested in a new car and I told him that my wife and loved the Forte but because of our age it was hard to get in and out of and causing some back problems. Jeff went to work and before I left Southwest Kia I was driving a Kia Sol. We are more than happy with it and deal Jeff got for us. Jeff went beyond what we expected and is the reason we keep returning to Southwest Kia for new cars and service. I just knew I could get Jeff to say, "well, we will just give it to you." but he didn't, but he did the next best thing and that was get us the best deal we could expect. Thanks to Jeff and the staff at Southwest Kia for always making my appointments enjoyable and something that I look forward to. worst experience of my life Called Juan - Found the vehicle on the internet - Granddaughter told him that she was an hour away from his dealership after agreeing on a price, he s Called Juan - Found the vehicle on the internet - Granddaughter told him that she was an hour away from his dealership after agreeing on a price, he said that he would NOT put a hold on the car for us even for one hour. My Granddaughter and I drove immediately to the dealership. My Granddaughter found the 2014 Ford, drove it, and liked it. She had her own own financing and I was the guarantor on the loan. But Juan had left for the day and Justin took the place of Juan. The sales manager, Victor, stated that we would have to return another day with the cash or check since we were not using his dealership to finance the purchase. Antonio the sales manager said that he would NOT hold the car even if we gave him $1000 to hold the car. Told Victor that we would use his dealership to finance the vehicle in order to drive the vehicle home that day. Filled out the forms in 20 minutes . Justin the Salesman returned to state that someone else was buying the car as he was speaking so we need to look for another car. We left the dealership without a car. More
