The Worst Experience Ever!!.. I came to this dealership today(11/22/14) because I was assured by one of the internet managers Linda Morales that I would be able to get a vechicle w I came to this dealership today(11/22/14) because I was assured by one of the internet managers Linda Morales that I would be able to get a vechicle with $500.00 down. After I spent $40.00 coming here in a taxi, to my surprise, the guy who met me at the door was ok. However, he sat me down at his desk and ask me if I needed something to drink?. I said no, thanks. He them advised me he had to go pull my information to see what he could do. He then brought over someone from their("In House Financing") to assist me. The guys name was Constantine!. He was so rude and cold!. He began to ask me how long I've been at my job and how much I make?. I told him I had two jobs and I've been at both jobs for 6month's. He then siad, well I can't really help you today, but if you come next week Tuesday or Wednesday, I "might" be able to do "something" for you with $500.00 down. I told him unfortunately, I could not wait until next week because I'm in need of a car today, because I have two jobs!. He then said, well how do I know you're going to make your payments?..or how do I know you're not going to "run off" with the car back to Louisiana!!. My mouth LITERALLY DROPPED!. I couldn't believe he would say such an humiliating thing to me!. I them report him to another sales person who didn't do anything. All I have to finally say about my experience with Southwest Kia is, it wa the most AWFUL and DEGRADING customer service experience I've ever had and I will NEVER EVER stop at any other Kia dealerships or recommend it to ANYONE!. Excellence In August 2013 we were looking to trade in our Mazda SUV but were told we owed to much money on. We then went to Southwest Kia which was next door to In August 2013 we were looking to trade in our Mazda SUV but were told we owed to much money on. We then went to Southwest Kia which was next door to Mazda of Mesquite and that evening walked out with a brand new fully loaded 2014 Kia Sorrento. In November my husband called me to come to the dealership and when I walked in our salesman at that time took me to a new 2013 Kia Sportage wrapped in a red bow and told me that was MY new car - which I was having a problem believing but it WAS mine and we drove home in his Sorrento and my Sportage. In October of 2014 Southwest Kia called us on a Friday night and said they wanted to make be a better deal on a brand new 2014 Kia Sportage. As I was perfectly happy with the 2013 Sportage I had I was not really in a hurry to trade up and figured it would cost me a lot more money. I told my husband the only way I would let them make a new deal with me would be if they had a Fire Engine Red Sportage. Well they went to the trouble of finding one and sent one of their employees from the Mesquite Kia to the Rockwall Kia dealership and that day I drove home in my new 2014 Fire Engine Red Kia Sportage. In my forty years of buying cars I have never had a dealership go to that much trouble to sell me a vehicle. I will never use any other dealership. More

Top Notch Dealership and Family Oriented Me and my wife were in the market for a car that we would enjoy driving for a long amount of time. We never purchased a car before so we very nervous and hesitant about the overall buying experience. Everything changed when we met Quinton Wade , an employee of Southwest Kia of Mesquite. We asked him for a specific car and he came through. Everything was as we wanted. He told us about the process, he assured us that everything was going to be okay and he made sure that we were taken care of throughout the entire process. He was always available for us when we had questions and he never came off as "just wanting to sell us something". Even to this day, he makes himself available for us when we have questions. He gave us confidence about buying a new car and a secure feeling that we didn't get from other dealerships. We enjoyed the whole process and are looking forward to doing more business with Quinton Wade at Southwest Kia of Mesquite in the near future. Everything about this dealership is superb. Upon every visit, your car is thoroughly cleaned and the workers are always willing to go above and beyond to assist you in every way. This dealership comes off more as an extended family than a corporation. Everyone is always introducing themselves and constantly checking up on you. Now for someone who has bought her cars from the same dealership and people for 20 years, this decision was hard. I am use to calling in, telling them what I want, walking in and leaving with my new car all within a matter of hours. I was not open to the back & fourth dealership trying to sell me something she could not afford. I had to find something under 20 grand so I began to look online. I had made contact with another dealership because I saw some great deals online. Once I got someone on the phone they assured me that prices stood and I could walk in and walk out without any hassles. But, this was not the case. I did just as I stated to them, I walked out. The next day I tried again and to my luck I came across Southwest Kia Mesquite. I was very hesitate, but I gave it another try hoping that the online ads would be correct. Frist I got a call from Linda Morales. She was very nice and helpful. I told her my problem. I told her I was not willing to deal with the back and forth. I asked for her to be honest if it cannot happen and I will try somewhere else. She told me off the bat that she would be $20-30 off on what I wanted for my payments, but that she would try to get lower. She then passed me on to Jamie Rodriguez and he took it from there. From the moment he called to the moment we left with the car, he was amazing. We got the car at the price listing online, the payment only $27 bucks more than our originally budget plan.
