Southwest Kia - Mesquite

We had visited other dealerships in the Metro Area and were not impressed. I know exactly what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. We were not willing to finance since we had saved in order to be able to pay cash and not worry about interest fees. I told Ivan about my experience in the other dealership, let him know exactly how much cash I had and told him exactly what I was looking for. Ivan and his co worker Alvin Davis made it happen!!! I am extremely pleased with our new Kia Sedona and have throughly enjoyed driving around in our new van. We are able to fit our entire family in one car!!! It is a joy... Thank you Ivan and Alvin... Earl took time to show us vehicles but was not very knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at. When he asked what I would be willing to pay for the specific vehicle we were looking at he laughed at knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at. I have worked in sales before and one thing I know is to never laugh at a customer's request, at least don't do it in the customer's face.
