We had been to several different car dealerships and all of them had turned us away saying that they didn't have any cars that met our criteria. Two dealerships neglected to even return our calls after we of them had turned us away saying that they didn't have any cars that met our criteria. Two dealerships neglected to even return our calls after we specified that we were interested in purchasing vehicles that they had in stock! When we met Lynell she immediately told us that she would do whatever she could to find us a car. Lynell managed to find us 4 cars that were within our price range and worked harder for us in 2 hours than all of the other car dealerships combined, times 2. She actually had blisters on her feet from running around for us, helping to get us exactly what we wanted and in a timely manner. We will be referring everyone we know to purchase a vehicle from Lynell, given they need a vehicle in the future. Lynell made this a very enjoyable experience. More

Acknowledgement or credit for the success of this dealership has to be first directed to the General Manager, Mr. James Seale. You realize when you begin talking to James that he is a man of character and integrity and can be trusted. And, most importantly, with his experience, he knows his business and will use this knowledge to ensure all your questions, concerns and issues are resolved to your satisfaction. Of course, a captain without a crew cannot navigate too far. James recognizes two people as "right hand" men. The first is a former sales representative, Noe Arizmendi. Noe was the salesman for my first Kia, a 2010 Kia Soul in June of 2009. He has since been promoted. In all of our dealings, Noe always went above and beyond. The second is Jerry Tonubbee, the "go-to" person involved in the recent transaction. After all financial paperwork was completed, Jerry took charge of the many necessary details (tag info, features of vehicle) and answered any lingering questions. Also, on my return to the dealership on 5/31 to turn in my exra key and fob, I asked if he would be able to wash my new car (very dirty from a road trip Memorial weekend). I was somewhat hesitant to ask since it was washed and filled w/gas only 4 days earlier, however Jerry courteously said he would see what he could do. My car came back to me fully detailed inside and out! I couldn't believe it. I also have to applaud Byron Medina, Finance Manager, for the thorough and expeditious manner in which he handled all the vital paperwork. His professionalism and personality are a winning combination. Ditto for Gary Wells, Drive Manager. The bottom line is the crux of any deal of course. I came into the dealership in response to a letter from James Seale, General Manager. The letter was captioned "VIP BUY BACK EVENT". It came at a perfect time for me since I was wanting to lower my car payment by $100.00/mo. if possible. James made it happen. My new payment is $212.24/mo. I am now leasing a 2012 Kia Exclaim with options available at the end of three years. I could not be more satisfied. Thank you! More

This dealership represents service with a capital "S". They are courteous, respectful and one of the few dealerships that is conscious of these economic times. Since we own more than one KIA we are "S". They are courteous, respectful and one of the few dealerships that is conscious of these economic times. Since we own more than one KIA we are familiar with both the sales and service side of this dealership. They, unlike so many other dealerships,- go the extra mile AFTER your purchase. They are interested in repeat business. The best advertisement for this dealership is by word of mouth which is why I am writing this review. I have been to the dealership on I-20 as they are owned by the same team. Oddly enough they have the same owner but they are not alike. If you own a KIA or you are thinking about owning a KIA visit SW KIA-Northwest and see the difference. More

The sales process was as smooth as could be. I told Kevin what I wanted, gave him trade-in information, and in just a few minutes I had a price I was comfortable with.
