I bought a Kia Sportage about a week ago from Justin. Wonderful young man and knowledgeable. I love my Sportage. Kia beat my credit union percentage rate by almost 4%. I called and made a service appointment on November 1stI I called and made a service appointment on November 1st I was told earliest appointment available was November 10th. Dropped my car off at 8:45 am I called and made a service appointment on November 1st I was told earliest appointment available was November 10th. Dropped my car off at 8:45 am on the 10th. After 2 days of waiting was told no technicians were available to work on my car and none would be able to any time soon, with no way of knowing how many days it would take for a technician to look at it. Picked car up at 4:00 pm on November 11th. Now will have to find a dealership with technicians available. After buying 2 brand new KIA's at this dealership I am very disappointed in being treated this way. More
