I received professional and friendly service from the moment I drove into the entrance. The service manager verified the reason for my scheduled appointment within 15 minutes if my arrival. I like the dealership but I asked for prices on a diagnostic and described my issue and asked for the technician to check my belts, which is standard in an oil change, and the noise that I described diagnostic and described my issue and asked for the technician to check my belts, which is standard in an oil change, and the noise that I described is actually worse and louder and I was told it's probably just something in my filters. My pass seat was all the down and I assumed it was from checking my cabin air filter, but that's not how the seat was when they entered. Now I have to make another appointment for this noise and hope I'm heard. I wanted to do it all at once when I had the day off and money and time too, but I pretty much have to start over since my convern wasn't taken seriously. I was disappointed on this visit, I'm a former service consultant and it feels like the techs only care about how much their getting. More
