My issue with the car wasn't resolved. Dealership was short staffed- i wasnt getting proper care. My car was diagnosed, had to wait couple of weeks to get it fixed. Ended up spending good 2 months waiting to get my car repaired but they weren't able to figure it out. More

I had my oil changed and my tires rotated. While there I was told that a spring to take care of my airbag warning light would be in stock in a few days. I called to check on the status a few days later and was told that a spring to take care of my airbag warning light would be in stock in a few days. I called to check on the status a few days later and repeatedly was sent to voicemail. I would try to call back and I would be put on hold for 20 and 25 minutes before being transferred to a voicemail again. When I finally was able to talk to a human being, I was told that the part was now on back order. I asked to speak to someone to find out if this would prevent me from passing a state inspection and was transferred to talk to another person. However, I was sent to another voicemail. I have yet to receive a call to answer my questions. I’m very disappointed in this encounter with your service department. More

I would hope for a simple car wash before getting it back but everything else was good but everything else was good More
