I want to start by saying that the staff and my advisor were exceptional. My issue lies in the fact that Kia is a brand that is marketed in price for the working class and as a working class individual it’ were exceptional. My issue lies in the fact that Kia is a brand that is marketed in price for the working class and as a working class individual it’s kind of difficult for the service department expect us to leave our vehicle there over two weeks for a simple diagnostic without providing some sort of transportation. Service advisor was great! Office employees making coffee CONSTANTLY in that clunky machine the entire time I was waiting was slightly annoying. Otherwise perfect! Car wash didn't take over an hour like the CONSTANTLY in that clunky machine the entire time I was waiting was slightly annoying. Otherwise perfect!
