Disappointed that car wash and vacuum, which are part of the oil change service we’re not done. When I asked why the car wasn’t washed and vacuumed I was told it was too early. The service department needs a lot better customer service. They promise to call on certain day and don’t and I called 3 days in a row and left messages and never got a call back. The only way I got any results was to call my sales guy Kelvin peoples. He returned my call on his day off and got results for me the very next day. Very pleased with my sales guy but very unhappy with the service department. It took them six days just to find out on my brand new less than two months old Kia carnival that The check engine light came on for no reason. Not happy with the service department at all. More
