I tried connecting to the service area of SW Kia Mesquite from morning to afternoon but there seems to be nobody in that station. One operator will transfer you to a number but it keeps on ringing and it wil from morning to afternoon but there seems to be nobody in that station. One operator will transfer you to a number but it keeps on ringing and it will cycle back to leave a message or wait! Waste of time and you call your area "Service" ! Invest more on people or a website! More

My husband and I did WEEKS of research before trading in our car.. The more research we did, the more nervous we got about being ripped off, but we gained some knowledge on what to look for.. The first dealership we called, asked all of the questions that we were told not to answer.. We were so thankful when we ended up not going to that dealership due to traffic. After more research we found ourselves at Southwest Kia - Mesquite (1.5 hours from our house) and we are SO thankful that we did! Kelvin put us in our dream car while staying within all of the criteria we wanted! They were pretty low on inventory on the particular day that we went, but he did everything he could to find the car we wanted! He made the dreaded car buying process fun and entertaining!!! I don’t see myself buying another car anywhere else and from anyone other than Kelvin! Southwest Kia in Mesquite is definitely the place to go if you want an honest, fun, smooth car shopping experience!!!! More
