We had an appointment Wednesday to come look at a car that we scheduled on Monday. We drove 3 hours to buy this car. Our credit was run and approved and we had full intentions of trading in our current v that we scheduled on Monday. We drove 3 hours to buy this car. Our credit was run and approved and we had full intentions of trading in our current vehicle. When we pulled in the parking lot the called and told us that the car we came to look at was sold. We had been in communication for three days and were never told that there were multiple offers on this car. I’m not saying it was “bait and switch” but it sure felt like it. The only positive was that the team member who called us to brake the news was very apologetic and sincere and did well with an uncomfortable situation. Make sure when working with this dealership that you have full transparency and proper communication so you don’t royally waste your time. More

I was very fortunate I was introduced to Stephanie Olguin. At first, I walked into the dealership in hopes I can find a decent deal on a car. She also answered all of my questions patiently and even helped me find the best option for financing my car. I wouldn’t have enjoyed my purchasing experience without all of her help. Kind, caring, listening and present throughout the experience (and in the days after.) I came late in the afternoon to buy my car, but she still stayed until the end (after closing) to congratulate me on my purchase and even offered for me to come back in to give me a run-through of the car! Thank you! Even the finance guy, Nate, was a delight, leading me through the contracts and documents with a sense of humor and kind words. The A/C filter needed changing so I just came back the next day and they switched it out in about fifteen minutes, no questions asked. Pain and hassle free, with very friendly service guys! This was the first car I've bought and it went better than I had imagined. A+, thank you so much! More

This was the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience my husband and I have ever had buying a car. They truly care about getting to know what you are looking for and your needs.
