1st appointment made 3 weeks in advance for 2 recall repairs. When we picked up the car, we were told 1 part did not come in and would be called when it arrived. It arrived true next day. Scheduled appt 2 for the repair. Dropped car off night prior for a 7:30 AM appt next day. Called 3 times late in the afternoon and did not get a call back. Headed to the dealership about 4:30 due to another scheduled appt in the evening. Was told the car was not done and would be done tomorrow. I asked them to deliver the car to my wife’s work the next day. They did. We live about 40 minutes away from the dealership and this wasted a bunch of our time going back and forth
