Guess they don't wan't to sell cars I stop by after seen a vehicle I was interested online and told them that I was 45 miles away and would like to make a offer on a vehicle via phone pr I stop by after seen a vehicle I was interested online and told them that I was 45 miles away and would like to make a offer on a vehicle via phone prior to me driving down there. The Int Sales Manager told me to come by and that she set me up with an appointment with a Sales/Finance manager. I guess is my fault for trusting a Car Salesman or woman in this case since I thought my offer was going to be accepted after being set up with an appt with the Sales/Finance manager. I get there and I get set up with a sales guy for the test drive and when we were done we go sit down to see the numbers and he comes back with full price, a GPS system that I did not want. I told him that is not what I had talked to the Int Manager and I was told since I was bringing my own financing they could not do anything about removing the GPS or lowering the price. I guess if you finance with them you might have a better shot at a better price and hope that they remove the $950 GPS system they put in or you get force to buy it. As for the sales guy he was friendly and seemed like a good overall guy More

Disappointed I chose this Southwest because I wanted to try a smaller dealership out of Dallas. I am a senior female and felt that I might experience an easier buy I chose this Southwest because I wanted to try a smaller dealership out of Dallas. I am a senior female and felt that I might experience an easier buying experience. I saw the Certified car on line and was told it could be brought to Rockwall. It is a used 2016 Soul with 12,000 +_ miles. I returned to the dealer after the car was brought to Rockwall. My salesman ignored me and was working with a customer buying a higher end car. He never once acknowledged me. Finally I was assigned another salesman, Carlos, who helped as much as he could. After all day I finally went to financing. I was charged $950 for the certification that was not quoted in the price of the car. Then I was sold a extended warranty for almost $3000 that I did not need but did not understand that I had extended warranty due to the car having low mileage anyway. The car was not cleaned well and had a crack in the windshield that should have been detected in the certification. I feel that I was completely taken. More
