Great Dealership! Shopping for a used car at Southwest Kia was like a breath of fresh air! I have been car shopping for 2 weeks straight and was absolutely exausted. Ev Shopping for a used car at Southwest Kia was like a breath of fresh air! I have been car shopping for 2 weeks straight and was absolutely exausted. Every dealership I went to had pushy salesmen who didn't care what my budget was or what I wanted. I was sick of salesmen and car shopping. But when I came to Southwest Kia it was a completely different experience. Everyone at the dealership was welcoming and friendly. My salesman Jim Johnson was the nicest guy. He took his time with us and was very accommodating. He wasn't pushy and never made me feel pressured to buy anything. It felt like I was talking to a friend, not a car salesman. My whole experience there was great. I didn't think buying a car could be so easy and fast. Thank you guys for a great deal, a great car and a great experience! More

He was patient, friendly, professional and answered any questions I may have had. He also made sure to tell me about the wonderful referral program they offer. Andrew was also extremely helpful in showing me all the new bells and whistles on my new car. He even called/texted a few times after I purchased to make sure I didn’t have any questions.
