D'Angelo Great; Financial Guy Not So Much D'Angelo was relaxed, confident, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. The finance rep was not so much. He seemed reluctant to share information and actually belittled our request for actual price of car saying something to the effect of he had lots of experience with car leasing. My niece who requested the info stated that she, too, had experience leasing cars and reiterated her request. NOT A GOOD VIBE FROM FINANCE GUY. His attitude was in sharp contrast to sales rep, D'Angelo who was very comfortable to work with. I finally did lease a 2018 Honda Civic EX sedan because everyone I ever talked to about the Civic, strongly recommended it. so the car sold itself and D'Angelo made the process a pleasure. If it were not for him, the finance guy's attitude would have been enough to make me walk to another dealer. More
