***YOU CANNOT MAKE THIS STUFF UP*** BACKSTORY - I left a negative review about Space Coast Honda after failling victim to bait and switch tactics from a sales associate named Cassie Hernandez and being li a negative review about Space Coast Honda after failling victim to bait and switch tactics from a sales associate named Cassie Hernandez and being lied to about discounts i was owed and unwanted addons by finance manager Darius Daghtry... Sooooo fast forward a year later....i get a letter in the mail saying my cars computer needed to be updated....thinking nothing of it, I scheduled the appointment along with an interior detailing of my car.... When i went to pick my car up, I was told the General Manager Paul Vette wanted to speak to me.....i was initially worried something was wrong with my car's computer that couldn't be fixed at the dealership.... after waiting around for about a half hour Mr Vette finally appeared and asked me to follow him to a finance managers office....it then clicked that this meeting probably has nothing to do with my car lol.... Evidently offended by the harsh (BUT 100% ACCURATE) review I had left about my previous experience at his dealership, Mr Vette attempted to make things right by not charging me for my car detailing....and while I did semi-appreciate the gesture, I explained that it in no way shape or formed attoned for the 5 grand i was overcharged after being promised an OTD of 31k....He never once apologized for what had happened, he just repeatedly justified it by saying they "were under new management now"....i explained that my issue had NOTHING to do with their "parent company" and was a result of my nagative experience with Ms Hernandez and Mr Daughtry.... This only seemed to anger Mr Vette who became confrontational and began acting belligerent....as I struggled to hold my laughter at Mr Vette's vain attempt at dominance, i kindly asked him if he thought ANYTHING i said was false and if he would like to see the original OTD quote I had from Ms Hernandez....He declined repeatedly.... Mr. Vette then accused me of STOLEN VALOR and implied that I had fabricated my military experience... i explained that I was a bronze star recipient, 100% Disabled Veteran, and was HONORABLY discharged in June 2010...i then inquired how even if i was NONE of those things, how that would would possibly justify my previous car buying experience....HE AGAIN HAD NO ANSWER.... Realizing the conversation was pointless I asked firmly, but politely if "We were done"...he said "YES....DONT COME BACK" I assured him that would never happen lol.... BUT I SAVED THE BEST FOR LAST .... as I was leaving I glanced into a finance managers office and who do I see..... MS. CASSIE HERNANDEZ herself....so apparently after using bait and switch tactics and screwing ppl over at Space Coast Honda, not only are you praised, BUT ALSO PROMOTED lol.... But dont worry....in accordance with your instructions Mr Vette...i will NEVER come back to your dealership....and im going to make sure NO ONE ELSE does either..... Again....THIS IS WHY PEOPLE HATE CAR DEALERSHIPS.... take care More
