good experience. We hadn't bought a car since 2002. Obviously a lot has changed since then w/the help of the internet. I found what I thought I wanted on the internet "used" no trade in. I called the dealership and had Jason Chase give me a total out the door price on the phone. That to me was surprising and I was extremely happy knowing there wasn't going to be any back and forth haggling. The car was in the lot so I went down there. My sales person was Darnell Johnson who was very nice to deal with.I test drove the car & fell I love w/it right off the bat. Put a deposit down & my husband & I went down to finalize the sale. We both felt Darnell was easy going and had quite an impressive athletic resume. From there we went to Jeff the finance director who also was very nice to deal and talk with. Overall our car buying experience was a very pleasant one from the get go w/Jason/Darnell & Jeff. Our car is beautiful & the perfect fit for us... More
