My experience buying a new 2018 Honda Civic Joe Mazany, product specialist, did an excellent job at fighting for the best price for my trade in and the new car I purchased. He was willing negotiate with the managers until the end. His customer service skills were great. He was very real and honest. No endless mind games and stupid basic sales tactics with Joe. He was the most realest car salesmen I've ever bought a car from. The finance guy, Darnell, became very angry when I refused to purchase the extended warranties and maintenance package. I felt threatened when he became angry. The finance guy, Darnell, also tried to increase the price of the car by $399, but that was my fault for not paying close attention to the breakdown of the deal I agreed too. ALWAYS add everything up before you agree to a FINAL PRICE. Joe came to the rescue and tried to resolve the last minute price increase, but he couldn't due to the sneaky, dishonest managers. All in all, it was the best deal (that I could find) I could get in the area. I highly recommend Joe as a salesmen to anyone looking for a car. More

Unfortunately the finance guys in the back are always the snakes you have to worry about but that’s part of the game that makes buying a new car so damn exciting. In the end they always get you the best deal possible if you hold strong and never give in on the first bid.
