Bought a used car -runs great but no spare tire I bought a used Honda Odyssey, my mechanic discovered it had no spare. I am single female, age 69 and they knew I was headed on 2000 mi. solo road trip. I did not look into the spare tire compartment before I bought it and no one mentioned it. My daughter called to see if I could get one, and was told, no, it was purchased "as is". I picked up a tire at a junkyard, but it could have been catastrophic. Everyone was friendly, the car is very nice, and reasonably priced, but apparently they weren't too concerned for my safety. More

Making customers happy is good business SCH in general and Nik Draulis in particular helped me to buy what made me happy. The Honda dealership in my own town, on the other hand, was interest SCH in general and Nik Draulis in particular helped me to buy what made me happy. The Honda dealership in my own town, on the other hand, was interested only in selling me what they had in inventory. SCH is 220 miles from where I live. I visited them on an impulse while visiting Cocoa to check out the new Ridgeline. Although I was up front and told Nik where I lived and that I was not at all likely to buy from SCH, Nik kindly showed me several Ridgelines and assured me that he was glad to do so. The contrast between Nik’s approach and what I experienced at my home town dealership could not have been more stark. Great sales bad service Salesman nik was great he helped us was honest and knowledgeable. He wasn’t typical salesman trying to screw us . Service department was not fun , there was a few things with car that were supposed to be fixed before I would buy , oil change service, fix ac , add wiper blades . Said was done and had invoice with hours worked on it and signed off ... nothing done at all . Leave there they then just topped fluids instead of performing service and ac still did not work after another day and mechanic, third day they worked on it I asked if they’d wash it because it was dirty from pollen outside their shop . They used degreaser to wash it with rag , took me 4 hours to buff out with wax. Also scratched door and stained carpet . Sad to say even though buying car was pleasant and easy , service department bad enough to keep me from returning. More
