It was our CRV's first maintenance appointment. Lauren, our service advisor, met me promptly at the service bay and was very personable. The vehicle was in and out quicker than expected. Andy in the service department was so helpful when I brought my Honda Pilot in with a battery issue. He kept our car overnight trying to duplicate the problem I was having. Service identified that AAA h brought my Honda Pilot in with a battery issue. He kept our car overnight trying to duplicate the problem I was having. Service identified that AAA had installed the wrong battery last year. We called AAA and they replaced the battery with the correct version at no cost and with a 3 year warranty. We trust Space Coast Honda to always give us the best service at a reasonable price. More
