My expectations were exceeded by far!!! I filled out an online application expecting the "norm" regarding car sales. From the moment that I was contacted by Tommy Truong I realized that thi I filled out an online application expecting the "norm" regarding car sales. From the moment that I was contacted by Tommy Truong I realized that things were going to be different in a great way. I was treated like a King. He had the car that I was interested in ready for a test drive. When it wasn't what I expected, he led me to the car of my childhood fantasies and took care of all of the paperwork in a way that I was very comfortable with. Paul Katsaidas was also very comforting while I nervously waited for loan approval. All the while Greg Sarantis repeatedly, checked to make sure that I was being taken good care of and ensured me that things would go properly. Overall, this was the best car buying experience of my life!!! Although I am tickled pink with my purchase, I can't wait to go back to get a companion for my Bimmer!!! More

Great people great cars. This is our 3rd car from Spanos, once again our sales person was Dean Shaw, I have nothing but things to say about Dean. He has always treated us kind and fair and makes us feel welcome.... I would sincerely recommend Dean to my friends and family. Today we also met Greg and David in finance, both gentlemen were a pleasure to talk with and of course do business with. In today’s society it is rare that people treat you with kindness and respect, I believe we used to call this customer service, it still exists at Spanos. Kaia is a great sales person Kaia is excellent and I was her first sale. We test drove a bunch of cars. Great inventory too. They only dropped $400 on the price and that seemed like it was very hard for them to do. It had to be escalated a few times for the decision to be made?? My advice is to switch your pricing to "no haggle" since you don't negotiate much at all and basically tell the customers that this is a really low great price. Better marketing for Spanos and easier experience for the customers in my opinion. The car needed service right away and that took some time (5 days). Spanos owed me an oil change, coolant leak fix and "drive-train malfunction" fix. Glenn was great in service and very accommodating. Only concern was that these issues should have been diagnosed and fixed before selling the car. The car also had a recall for the fuel pump that I had to take to the BMW dealership and fix, which was free but they had the car for a day. When I picked up the car and brought it home, I inspected the work performed and two coolant hoses were very loose and not clamped down. Attention to detail! More

Great Experience I had a good experience here. DJ took great care of me on short notice. Dealer did not have to much knowledge about corvettes but that was underst I had a good experience here. Sold me a lemon. Mercedes-Benz C-Class 300 4MATIC Got it at Spanos Motors in Daytona Beach... they sell nothing but lemons. Don't buy from them share this. Car had pro Mercedes-Benz C-Class 300 4MATIC Got it at Spanos Motors in Daytona Beach... they sell nothing but lemons. Don't buy from them share this. Car had problems when i first bought it they worked on it 4 times I got the car back with damage done to it scratches dents lug nut replaced with the wrong one. Purposely did some damage to the interior. And they never fix the problem. $2,400 warranty worthless. Now I have a car I wish I never had bought at Spanos Motors.  My 86 years old parents bought a Cadillac from their lot and they're having problems. Stylish cars with hidden problems. Don't be fooled by this dealership the manager Greg didn't do a dam thing to make me a happy customer. There services are 2 thumbs down. More
