I made a last minute appoitment and I was able to get in 30 minutes after I called. I was greated by friendly effecient service writer Juwion McAbee who promptly took care of me. For $21.28 this is a real bargin in todays market. Oh by the way, I looked at a new Avalon with no pressure to buy from the sales person. I will be purchasing a new Avalon sometime this year and this is the dealership I will purchase it from. More

I ran into Mike when The Toyota dealership was running a promotional sales option last month. I was impressed with Mike because he was personable and down to earth, but he did not find an option for me that promotional sales option last month. Mike not only walked me through the scary parts of losing a vehicle to an accident but may have put his reputation on the line when he and his associates helped me get a new vehicle with no money down and a substantial rebate. That’s the kind of help that makes a fellow feels like he belongs even when bad things happen. Mike is more concerned for me than selling me a car. I sure hope all the difficulty he has and will go through to get me into exactly what I wanted will pay off for him. I’m pretty sure he will be happy because I’m in a great car with a great price. I was pleased that although I brought my car in for just a oil change/tire rotation they also solved another problem another dealer could not solve. Great experience, we test drove the Toyota Rav 4,but we weren't ready to make a decision on a vehicle that day. Trish Simpson sold me my first new Toyota Prius eight years ago and did a wonderful job then. I went back to her a few weeks ago looking for a used Toyota Prius.
