I have been dealing with Spartan Toyota for over 13 years. Everyone, from sales people to the service department is very helpful in answering questions. I was told the tire bushings were bad. I came into the dealership to lease a 2012 Scion XD. My salesman was Stefan Garrison. He was great at explaining the whole process of leasing a car and was very straight forward about everything. experience is always good there. I just wish they could figure out why my car is doing what its doing at only 24000 miles its not making sense. The rear seat of my Toyota Sienna 2004 was stuck in the down position and I was concerned that it was broken and would need an expensive repair. I talked to Cody about it and he suggested I bring it in the down position and I was concerned that it was broken and would need an expensive repair. I talked to Cody about it and he suggested I bring it in the shop and he would take a look at it. After several hard tugs he was able to free it and I was on my way- no charge!
