We got an appointment easily, got seen fairly quickly. The text and phone call directed us to an online form to select what we wanted done beside the oil change and tire rotation ($100). I was a little confused by the form and evidently did not select the brake job. When I came to pick up the car, found out the brakes had not been. Was told 'about an hour', two hours later I was out the door. More
