I had an appointment for 9:00 am for a oil change, I didn't receive my car until 10:49 a.m. I had to ask someone then, when would my car be ready. What was the point in me having an appointment? Mark didn't receive my car until 10:49 a.m. I had to ask someone then, when would my car be ready. What was the point in me having an appointment? Mark Rhea was the service advisor and was very nonchalance and took him a minute to recognize the person associated with that car. I purchased the car there, but very doubtful that I will be have it service there. When I purchased the car one of the caps was missing on the tire stem, I mention this when I checked in and still don't have one. Had to purchase one from somewhere else. Thumbs down, was not impressed at all. More

This place has turned into a joke, had an appointment to have my oil changed in my 4 Runner that I had bought there, I was told it was a 2 hour wait, said there was 10 vehicles ahead of me. had my Camry inn for the 10,000 mile service, Car was ready in 45 minutes, but i had to wait almost an hour for them to process the paperwork. it took almost 2 hrs. to get inn and out. Very bad.
