Tire trouble On my way back from Charleston I had a tire come apart on the interstate. On Dec.19 I was traveling on I 26 when my low tire pressure warning light came on. After stopping at one business and receiving no assistance, I proceeded to Dave Edwards. I was greeted by a young wom pressure warning light came on. After stopping at one business and receiving no assistance, I proceeded to Dave Edwards. I was greeted by a young woman who cheerfully offered to check the tire pressure. When she identified the pressure in a rear tire was low, my car moved to the service area. A short time later, the young woman informed me there was a nail in the tire. Within 30 minutes my tire was repaired and my car was once again street worthy. I pulled out my card to pay and the young woman just smiled and said," No, this one's on me, Merry Christmas!" I didn't obtain her name but will forever remember her smile, her sincerity with customer service, and her generosity in covering the cost of my tire repair. Thanks Dave Edwards! More

disappointed I was told there was a nail in my passenger side rear tire. Since I purchased them at Costco, I continued on to Costco after my Dealership visit.. I was told there was a nail in my passenger side rear tire. Since I purchased them at Costco, I continued on to Costco after my Dealership visit.. They did not find a nail, and one of the lug nuts was frozen on.. Indicating to me that that rear tire was not removed necessarily to find the nail. Visually there are probable other ways to find a nail. I was also told my Battery was low,,, it turns over very well , I asked the Costco service person to look at the battery. He could not. He did indicate that the car start just fine. I have come to Dave Edwards since 2013.. This is the first time I felt uncomfortable about my visit.. I had handed a $20.00 off rewards coupon, which I found on the way home was not credited on my final bill.. . the visit date was 12/16/2019 I did return to the dealership and the credit was given to me... after speaking with Chelsea..
