had my Camry inn for the 10,000 mile service, Car was ready in 45 minutes, but i had to wait almost an hour for them to process the paperwork. it took almost 2 hrs. to get inn and out. Very bad. Quick check in with courteous service gentleman. He was very attentive keeping me informed of progress. Was informed initially to come in for recall repair but he explained a different process. I have worked with Tony for over 10 years leasing my vehicles. I call him when the lease is almost up and ask what he recommends and he has always comes through with the right vehicle for our needs.
