Service department is on time, professional, and knowledgeable. If a problem arises with my truck, the service manager explains thoroughly and I feel confident my truck is in expert hands. Rick Raver is the Service Advisor and he has an excellent resource of knowledge. My only regret is that I didnt buy my truck from Tom Denchels. More

I scheduled with the app and it was confirmed, etc. but when I got there my appointment was not booked at the service desk. I showed him the confirmation. The employee said that happens occasionally.
