There was a price discrepancy between 3rd party website and their internet site, the team quickly made a decision to lower the price of the vehicle I was buying. Purchasing a Toyota RAV4 We went to Tom Denchel with a specific car in mind. When we got there it was in the detail shop. However they got the car for us to let us test drive, We went to Tom Denchel with a specific car in mind. When we got there it was in the detail shop. However they got the car for us to let us test drive, helped us finance which was HUGE for us, and were kind and helpful the entire way through. It was my first car I’ve bought myself, and they made it an easy and enjoyable experience. I worked with Ruben who was very knowledgeable, and worked with me to get me an affordable price on my car. While we waited for paperwork he sat and talked with us. He was very attentive and professional. Then when we picked up the car, they were very flexible with getting the paperwork done and picked up. They were awesome and I would recommend to anyone! More
