My experience here was excellent. It was a smooth process from start to finish. The communication was very to the point and I did not feel pressured at all which was a plus! When I first met with Mike Hamilton my first impression of him was he was a nice down to earth guy and wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase (if I made one) and he seemed to make me feel like I of him was he was a nice down to earth guy and wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase (if I made one) and he seemed to make me feel like I was going to get a great deal.(of course I know that’s what salespeople do to make their money) and I was willing to give him an exceptional review until I started to realize what they were doing to me and that they didn’t really care about how I was treated and the money they were stealing from me, they care about their commission more (and I get that) but does not give them a right to screw me over and try to take every cent from me by not being honest with me when selling me a vehicle. So yes Mike I will say has a great (convincing) personality but I cannot give him or this dealership a good review because they took advantage of me. So if your looking to purchase a vehicle please do your research, check all the reviews and the BBB complaints (there is one similar to mine) before me buying a vehicle from them.( which I did not know about until after I made my purchase.) They are going to tell you the vehicles already come with things installed on them like the wheel locks and Vin etching that cannot be removed and you have to pay as he is adding the amount in on the sales aggreement. This is NOT true. So please read my review from start to finish and hopefully this helps before you decide to buy from them. DO NOT LET THEM TALK YOU INTO THE ARMOR ALL SMART SHIELD BECAUSE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU AN OUTRAGEOUS AMOUNT (THEY CHARGED ME $897.00) AND IT WAS NOT EVEN APPLIED TO MY VEHICLE. They tell you it’s a great thing to have and it’s a great warranty. December 23rd, 2022 - I called Speedcraft Acura located at 883 Quaker Lane West Warwick RI 02893 to inquire about a 2023 Acura MDX Advanced Package that I saw they had on their website, I spoke to Mike Hamilton (General Sales Manager) he was very nice on the phone when we spoke. I asked him if the price listed on the website of that vehicle was the out the door price on the car and wanted to make sure there were no hidden surprise costs, he told me no absolutely not, the price I see on the website is what I pay and no hidden cost surprises. I told him I wanted to schedule a day to test drive the car so Mike said that if I gave him a deposit on the car it would be held for me and would be 100% refundable back to me if I decided I did not want the car. I gave him $1,000.00 deposit which I had no problem doing. December 26th, 2022: I Went into Speedcraft Acura, I met with Mike Hamilton, we shook hands, he took a copy of my license and handed me the keys to the car I was interested in, I took it for a test drive and came back to the dealership, sat down with Mike to go over everything, he told me that Acura sends the vehicles to the dealers with Vin Etching and Wheel locks that remain on the car and is an added accessory that I have to pay for on top of the vehicles price and cannot be removed as he is writing the price on the sales agreement, of course I paid (because I thought he was being truthful) I had no intention of talking them down on the vehicle price. I paid a total price with accessories, tax, title and whatever else they add in of $71,596.22. I told him I would bring in a bank check on Saturday December 31st 2022 at 1:00 pm. (he said they needed it by then if not before because they had to close out the year) I have a log of numerous calls to them from December til March but I can’t post all. Because it’s too long for this . But they will charge you for things and will not have what you paid for done to your car and they lie and tell you that you have to pay for things that already come on the vehicle ontop of the out the door price. I enjoyed the best car buying experience of my lifetime at Speedcraft Acura. I first met with Tom Conti in October and placed an order for a 22 RDX. I paid a deposit fee and we basically had a hand shake at Speedcraft Acura. I first met with Tom Conti in October and placed an order for a 22 RDX. I paid a deposit fee and we basically had a hand shake agreement on the price until the vehicle arrived in March. We closed on the deal in three days and I paid exactly what I expected for my new vehicle. No flim/flam; no added unnecessary charges; Just an honest fair deal. I definitely would recommend Tom as a salesman and the entire dealership staff who assisted me on my trade-in and financing. It was just a great experience! More

All talk no resolution This service department maybe good at regular maintenance stuff, you know where they can do mindless work but when it comes to warranty stuff as in my This service department maybe good at regular maintenance stuff, you know where they can do mindless work but when it comes to warranty stuff as in my case chasing rattles and fixing them you get all lip service but absolutely zero resolution. So people who sit in my car and multiple people have asked me why a car with less than 15,000 miles has rattles and creaking but when i brought it into service and i point out the rattles and creaks all i get is "oh i don't hear anything". More lip service are the excuses! For example Acura prohibits tint because the weight of the tint can cause windows to rattle". Seriously?! When i first went there the service manager Angelo Pari's words were "we do our very best Everytime" i definitely don't feel that was the case. Each time i got the car back i could still hear the rattles within my ride back home. But obviously they didn't hear anything. Again more lip service was "oh all Acuras have certain threshold when it comes to creaks and rattles and they are deemed normal". I mean i know Acura's quality has gone down but seriously when are rattles/creaks considered normal especially when my friends can hear then but magically the service techs, multiple service techs according to Angelo Pari's hear nothing. So in summary if you have any issues other than regular maintenance look elsewhere! Otherwise you may get more lip service and zero resolution More
