I want to preface this review by saying previously I purchased my last vehicle from Tyler Ferreira at this dealership, he was absolutely amazing. He was such a gentleman, and so helpful. He made the entire process stress free, easy, and there were no issues. He was easygoing, clear and thoughtful. When he presented numbers he went line by line to ensure I understood everything clearly, there was no smoke and mirrors, and we negotiated once and he went back got updated numbers to properly reflect what we agreed on and we made the deal. I signed and drove away happy. To be clear, any star ratings and added comments has nothing to do with him, I just felt the need to mention that he was absolutely exceptional, and this review would be nothing but 5 stars if it was about that experience. However this second time around, was not good. I guess he left the dealership to go do mortgages I was told, so I wish him the best of luck I'm sure he will excel. But he clearly was an amazing asset that this dealership had as my second experience was horrible. Lee Beauchamp was my salesman this time, and firstly with no disrespect but he absolutely smells. His breath smells, and he smells like he hasn't showered in days. It makes it difficult to even be around him. Secondly, he was so obnoxious, and acts like a child. Any little thing that doesn't go his way and he's one wrong move away from a tantrum. He's running around the dealership like a chicken with his head cut off. He was unclear about the numbers when he presented them, he kept making rude comments throughout the process, and he kept going back and changing the numbers drastically like 5 different times. The finance manager let me know he's been here like over 10 years, but I don't care how well you do or how long you've been there, that is no way to act towards customers. Have some class, groom yourself, and grow up. I was two seconds from walking out the door. They said he does good, but of course anyone who is there for that long in sales does good, you build repeat business. My honest suggestion is to let this guy go, he does the dealership no good, he's a jerk, and also the first impression sitting at the door. He just comes across as a sleazy dirtbag. Hate to say it, as I normally don't like to leave bad reviews, but this was a bad experience. When Tyler was there he seemed to like what he was doing, at least from what he said so whatever this dealership did to push out a good employee really messed up bad. I would've definitely preferred to buy a vehicle from him again. Also on a side note, service and parts at this dealership is the most insanely dreadful experience. Everyone who works there is SO miserable, they don't smile, they are huffing and puffing at you. Incredibly disrespectful and rude, they all act like they hate their lives. More

I'm annoyed I had to go to stateline nissan in East Providence, of which I had a horrible experience. Nissan speedcraft however was professional, open, and honest.
