Found a Bronco Heritage (~$35k) on their website I wanted to purchase. I was told vehicle I selected was in the "loaner" program and rep offered a Heritage Limited for ~$45k. I made it clear I wanted the veh to purchase. I was told vehicle I selected was in the "loaner" program and rep offered a Heritage Limited for ~$45k. I made it clear I wanted the vehicle I asked for, nothing else and asked them to engage their Mgr to remove the vehicle from the loaner list and make it avail for me to purchase. After follow up phonecall/email, rep responded that vehicle is not avail and they would contact me once a vehicle is available. I responded back with my dis-satisfaction how they handle this transaction an that it seems to be a bait/switch tactic which is fraud/illegal. The vehicle I asked for is still on their website, I have no intentions of doing business with this dealership ever. More
