My wife and I bought our 5th vehicle yesterday from Spike's Ford. We have been trading with Spike's Ford since 1995. In addition to purchasing vehicles, Spike's is the only place we go to get our vehic Spike's Ford. We have been trading with Spike's Ford since 1995. In addition to purchasing vehicles, Spike's is the only place we go to get our vehicles serviced. We love how every other oil change is free with our new car purchases and lifetime free car washes too! The experience yesterday was very smooth. We went in knowing which vehicles we were interested in. Spike's Ford website has their inventory online so we could browse our options from the comfort of our home. I printed out the window stickers from the vehicles I was interested in and brought them in and they pulled the vehicles up and had them ready for my inspection. We were initially greeted by Jorge Duran, the Sales Manager and he assigned us to Eric Carrizales for our purchase. You can save yourself some time by asking them to give you the value on your trade-in upfront before doing anything else; looking at the cars, doing a test drive, etc,, They can be evaluating your trade-in while you are making your selection, test driving and getting your deal done. Eric, our Sales Rep, was very helpful; he was friendly, courteous and professional. He was very knowledgeable about how all the vehicle systems worked. He helped us get our technology on the car programmed and got us on the road very fast. The Finance Manager was Noe De Leon. In addition to filing all the closing paperwork, the finance manager is commissioned just like the car salesmen. They make money on backend products like extended warranties, gap insurance and such. Noe did a great job in suggesting some helpful backend products to suit our needs, but we could not afford the extra plans just yet, so we declined. He was respectful of our decision not to purchase these products and we really appreciated that. Noe was very transparent about the paperwork; explaining each document that we signed and answering any questions we had along the way. The Make Ready department did a great job in getting the car ready, topping off the tank and getting it spotless for when we drove it off. Our total time there from start to finish was approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes. Buying a car was a fun experience with Spike's Ford! More

Originally, my mom and I went to Spikes Ford to see if she qualified for a new vehicle on her own. She didn't. Not without me. My mom wanted a vehicle for herself that was spacious and a bright blue color she qualified for a new vehicle on her own. She didn't. Not without me. My mom wanted a vehicle for herself that was spacious and a bright blue color. Once I did get approved along with my mom, the buying process was extremely easy. We walked out with a relatively low monthly payment on a great vehicle (thanks to Robert), an app on our phones to turn the car on and off (thanks to Cody) and a platinum goodies package that came with he car for as long as we have it (thanks to Noe). The staff was both professional and friendly and I'll recommend them to my brother when it's his turn to buy a vehicle. More

It was pretty routine, I dropped the car off around 2 PM and picked it up late in the afternoon; couldn't be better.
