The Spirit service department is excellent. They let me know what services were needed, and they gave me quotes on items that needed to be replaced in the future. Unresponsive, Dishonest and Incompetent Service Center Unresponsive and incompetent service center that made shoddy repairs using unauthorized, cheap, aftermarket parts and then bending the truth afterward Unresponsive and incompetent service center that made shoddy repairs using unauthorized, cheap, aftermarket parts and then bending the truth afterwards. Despite trying to work things out with them, the GM Mike, who labeled himself a “problem solver” has been totally unresponsive, despite numerous inquires, after almost 3-months. I now have no choice but to sue because at this point it’s not about the money but rather about my family’s safety and holding dealerships like this accountable. Watch yourself with these guys, they’re gas-lighters! More

It doesn't rank in experience !!! It's a mess This place is a junk !!! They don't have a showroom like normal operating dealerships, the building is so old it smells, they only have about six bays This place is a junk !!! They don't have a showroom like normal operating dealerships, the building is so old it smells, they only have about six bays in their service department, and one public restroom for employees, staff, and customers. .... And the list goes on and on !!! What a xxxxing mess !!! Stay far, far away from this Chrysler barnyard !!! More
