Sales Person and Maintenance group Cheryl Anderson Sold me a 2018 Ford Escape last year and she was extremely helpful. This was the first car I have purchased on my own, so I really shopped around from Jeep, to KIA to anyplace that sold compact SUV's. With her help I bought a new Escape from Spirit Ford. The maintenance department also worked with me. I got my dates mixed up as to when my oil change was due and Bob said he couldn't find my name but took my car for it's oil change and tire rotation. He called back in about an hour or less and my car was ready I was a week late my scheduled date was the week before. Excellent customer service by everyone. More

Routine Maintenance Scheduled oil change, tire rotation and routine check on my Mustang for 3PM. Dropped the car off the previous night. The job was done before noon.
