I had scheduled an airbag recall appointment several weeks ago to ensure the parts were available. When I arrived at the dealership, I added an oil change onto my visit. After two hours of waiting, they completed the oil change, gave me a list of other recommended services needed totaling over $2,000 and then told me the recall part was not in and I would need to come back in 1-2 weeks. No one called me prior to my appointment to tell me the part was not in and the service representative did not inform me that the part was not in when I arrived at 8 am. This was a waste of my time and I was extremely frustrated with the lack of communication. I honestly felt like I was being taken advantage of. Very disappointing as we purchased our vehicle at this location in 2014 and have had service done there for years. After all of this I had to pay in full for the oil change (zero discounts offered).
