Car was dropped off on a Monday and I was told it would be a 24 hour service. My car sat for 48 hours and was not touched. I was also not called and updated. The worst experience ever. I go to the dealer to have my alignment checked while entering. I was treated rudely when asking why this and a car wash was not performed after wait I go to the dealer to have my alignment checked while entering. I was treated rudely when asking why this and a car wash was not performed after waiting over an hour and a half with an appointment. Excuse was (it’s Friday people went home). Over $106.00 for an oil change. My paperwork did not report vehicle condition “tires, alignment, brakes, fluids or safety”. That was the last time I will ever go to this dealership and I will detour my wife and friends from returning also. More

They now charge a 3% transaction fee when you use a credit card. The service consultant was fine, my oil changed, took about an hour, which seems normal. The cashier seems a bit inept though. she had system problems. And when sitting in the waiting area, I had to listen to several customers problems. It was very ghetto. The price of the oil change is significantly different than it used to be and nobody offered or asked if I had a coupon, etc. I know my explanation isn't very well written and I don't care it's about as well written as the way that this dealership operates More
