I bought a 2016 Ford Flex in February from here, came back 3 days later due to the back end making a really bad noise. I was told by the sales associate that sold me the car that the manager said since it was sold as is that there was nothing they could do for me, here it is 5 months later noise is still bad, rear back up camera stopped working, my a/c switches back to heat by itself ,carfax showed there was no accidents. My hood was painted and is not aligned properly, the rear end was also hit, tailgate is off, bumber and rear quarter panel has slight paint peeling and the roof has been painted found fish eye in the paint. There is no way the dealership wasn't aware it was involved in an accident. Sales person was good manager not so much. Definitely wouldn't recommend purchasing a used vehicle from here and if you do look over the car very good. Andrew S. After my review on Yelp I recieved this message and replied to, never got a response back Today is 8/3/2025. I replied with my number and info on this as requested and still have not recieved any reply back. I took my vehicle to a shop to have it looked over and they stated that in fact this vehicle was in fact in an accident hit from the front and back hence why I'm having the issues. I called to have it checked out, thinking they’d stand behind their work, but instead they told me it would be $193 just to diagnose the issue. Really disappointing that I now have a new problem after a basic service and they’re unwilling to take responsibility without charging an unreasonable fee. They are definitely not relationship-based at this dealership. More

Just want your money. Refused to reprogram my smart charging system on my car after replacing my alternator. Said GM didnt require it. My car did not run properly until I had it reprogrammed. Also used my warranty to replace my alternator and still cost me $500 when my deductible is $100. They double the cost if not more by anything you have done. I can get better repairs, prices and customer service at non dealerships. If your car has a smart charging system, it should be reprogrammed anytime you have work done to your electrical system. They say no but everyone else says yes. You should only go here if you have money and time to deal with their xx. Service manager didn't even return my call. 0 stars is what I give them. More
