Vehicle had 'Change Oil Soon' alert on during my test drive and Gage promised to have the alert 'reset' because he knows the oil was already changed, but he never checked to be sure. When I picked up the drive and Gage promised to have the alert 'reset' because he knows the oil was already changed, but he never checked to be sure. When I picked up the car, the Oil light was still on so I showed Gage and he told me to drive it 100 miles and the Change Oil Alert should reset and go off on its own. It hasn't! Car Was not washed and detailed as promised. Halfway home from dealership after my purchase, I got a 'Check Tire Monitor' alert, so I emailed Gage about the tire monitor and was told to put air in the tires and if that doesn't work, schedule the car for service. I went to wash my windshield and the car had NO wiper fluid in car. Was not washed and detailed as promised How inconvenient for the customer to drive off and have to worry about things that were supposedly handled. The multi point check was touted repeatedly and this still happens. So disappointed in how everything was handled. Other staff was very professional, finance and cashier. More

They texted me a quote for the cost of the service. When the car was ready all the numbers were much higher. Some because they didn't realize certain parts would be needed. But there was nothing on the coupon indicating a cap. When I pointed that out they honored the 10% uncapped. If I hadn't reviewed the bill they would have gotten away with charging me hundreds of dollars of excess charges More
