I took my 2020 Silverado to get fixed; I was having the ESC alert comer on, I would lose power steering and then all power together. This happened as I was driving. The mechanic Dominin Difino advised he replaced my fuel pump, and this would correct all issues 847). I the very next day again I was driving the the exact same issues occurred. I had to flatbed tow my truck back to the dealership. The next day, the manager texted me and said it was an electrical issue and i now owed $33. I went to the dealer to pick my truck up, the manager of course was not there (apparently, he leaves early on Fridays I was advised). I spoke with I believe the assistant to the manager. She was not helpful at all, I said I brought this truck in the first time, and it wasn't fixed, she advised " well he fixed it now" and ate the $33. I showed her the papers where all the code the mechanic ran, 3 of which pointed directly to the electrical, not the fuel pump, the assistant advised " well we hook up the machine, and only fix what GM says to fix ", I asked didn't the mechanic look at my truck? Her reply was " the fuel pump is in the back, and the electrical is in the front". I would never recommend this dealership to anyone for anything. More
Rude, unprofessional. I pulled into the service area for an appointment and was very confused on what I was supposed to do. Someone told me to pull up and then they left. They offered no help or instructions on next steps. So I very confused on what I was supposed to do. Someone told me to pull up and then they left. They offered no help or instructions on next steps. So I didn’t know if they were going to check the car in or if I was supposed to get out of the car and go inside. I sat there for almost 10 minutes and decided to just get out of my car and ask someone what I was supposed to do. More

1st visit was for tire repair…That same tire needs service again. 2nd visit 4 of 6 speakers out, 3 weeks later I am still waiting on speaker replacements. No updates from the service center.
