The dealership took much too long to complete the repairs. They did not take into account that I was only in town for a week for the repair even though I called daily to express the urgency needed. I have had my truck in four times for an issue with my radio and the problem is still not resolved. I know that they are following what GM tells them to do but it is frustrating that the same problem pers radio and the problem is still not resolved. Bought a warranty $3600 told blower motor wouldn’t be fixed . Almost wrecked in a snow storm with 2 of my three kids in a 4yr old truck . Including a 9 month old . Gave me run around . Didn’t touch it till 2hrs they closed day after ,2:30pm … seemed I wasn’t valued or treated with any respect buying a 38k truck . Not one person was decent but the desk ladies that were super nice . Had a scheduled service appointment & arrived on time. Waited over 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me. It was the end of the day & it was very visible people were ready to go home.
