I came in with two issues. My check engine light was on and my traction control and srs light was on. May car also shakes when it switches gears, in the low gears. The service department resolved the issues with my service lights being on but my car still shakes when switching gears. I notified the Kellyin the service department right as I was driving off the lot that issue still remained unresolved and was told that I should resolve itself as I continue driving (I have that in a text message). For $2800 in repairs,I should drive away with not a single original problem left on my car. The only reason I return to this service department is because of Paula and the sunbit program. Otherwise, I would not. More

Went in for an Oil change and an issue with my cars a/c not working, was greeted by Ms. Kelly Buchner and she gave me a warm and friendly, professional welcome and took care of my concerns and vehicle. I came in without appointment and expected to just get sent on my way after the oil change but she made sure I got an answer on my a/c issue as well. unfair nor honest,was quoted $199 to diagnose a tail light when they are supposed to inspect it already, that's what the paper work says, I have $4000 in tires and rims and didn't even check air pressur light when they are supposed to inspect it already, that's what the paper work says, I have $4000 in tires and rims and didn't even check air pressure and on top of that another $199 to diagnose engine light on,been a customer for a long time, no loyalty More
