Spitzer Buick GMC Parma - Service Center

The dealership was fine, I am disappointed in Buick. I had several updates applied and as a result the thumb drive which contains music didn’t work anymore. I had to reformat it to work. I should have been told this when the updates were applied. Instead I had to come back into the dealership for another 3 hours to learn of this requirement. More
