Took my vehicle there to deactivate the anti theft alarm, it became to be a big problem. They said my engine was bad, that I needed a new. They said I needed a new battery and ignition switch, they replaced it became to be a big problem. They said my engine was bad, that I needed a new. They said I needed a new battery and ignition switch, they replaced my ignition switch but that was it, they had my vehicle for almost 2 months, at first they said 148 for diagnostic fee, from that fee it jumped up too 748.00 plus they wanted to charge 400 for a battery and 200 for ignition switch plus over 16,000 for engine, it was a waste of time, long story short, I towed my vehicle out of there and my engine was not bad, all. All we needed was a new starter, now my vehicle drives, dont go to them, they dont help you at all but will charge you a arm and a leg. More

I believed my issue was with a faulty OnStar system. I wrote out all the bizarre things that were happening & gave it to Tayler. So $222 later, I got my Buick back with no explanation as to why it was acting the way it was. Now I am taking it & my business everywhere. Everyone there was very nice but that didn't fix my problem. More
