Spitzer replaced the engine coolant thermostat in my 2016 GMC Sierra 1500. Work was great, surprised that I was charged the diagnostic fee of $186.00, when I had Spitzer do the work for $500. Dealers in the past deduct the diagnostic fee when they do the work. I can understand charging the fee if they do not do the work. More

I’ve taken my car in there a number of times complaining about a sound in my wheels which hasn’t been addressed. Then I call to get a battery replacement and am told to bring it in.
