If you remember from your visit when we did the tire rotation, we gave you a quote to replace the tires do to tread depth and wear and you declined to have them replaced. Once the tires get replaced we're confident your noise will go away. We'll be happy to requote those if you'd like.

This is not the case, at all!!! Please check your records, I think you have me mistaken with another customer. This rotation was done on 6/30. My tire depth is all great and I do not need new tires. I was never told this or given a quote. Please re-look at your records. This is not true at all. Please check and respond back with a truthful response once you get your facts straight.

This needs to be responded to by tomorrrow or I will be having GMC look into your dealership. You can't be spreading false lies. Re-look at your facts, remove your untruthful post and respond back to me. What you said never happened. I feel like someone posted that response to try to divert the blame on me and make you not look like the bad guy here. This is so wrong on so many levels. Admit your mistake and re-post your response. You've made this situation a lot worse than it needed to be and took the wrong approach to try and cover it up.

Still crickets from this dealership. No one wants to respond to this and take responsibility. I even contacted them via the online form. Silence says a lot. Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Why hasn't anyone responded to this since the 18th?

Thanks for your reply and thanks for your offer. I am not coming back to this dealership. All I want on here is someone to correct their statement about that I was told that my tires were bad and that I was given a quote for new tires, because that was not the case and was not what happened. This is a made up story. I am all for full transparency and I don't want consumers to come on here thinking that that is what happened.

This will keep going until someone responds. Can someone, anyone just come on there and let the public know that what you posted on 7/17 was entirely untrue?? This is all I am asking for. Customers need to know the truth that this didn't happen. All I am asking for is for your dealership to take accounbtability, apologize that that was not what happend, nor what I was told during my visit. You are misleading people to think that that is what happened. It didn't.
