Just want your money. Refused to reprogram my smart charging system on my car after replacing my alternator. Said GM didnt require it. My car did not run properly until I had it reprogrammed. Also used my warranty to replace my alternator and still cost me $500 when my deductible is $100. They double the cost if not more by anything you have done. I can get better repairs, prices and customer service at non dealerships. If your car has a smart charging system, it should be reprogrammed anytime you have work done to your electrical system. They say no but everyone else says yes. You should only go here if you have money and time to deal with their xx. Service manager didn't even return my call. 0 stars is what I give them. Also tried to charge me for my accelerator pedal when it was flagged in the system as a problem on my car, after telling me it would cost me nothing. Had to refund me for it after calling them out on the charge. More

Dominic in service was nice. I requested to get my tires rotated and they didn't do it. I was there for hours. The service manager was extremely rude and disrespectful.
